Phil Gault started his career at Saatchi & Saatchi London in 1985.

After successful stints managing Saatchi offices in Indonesia and Australia, he moved to Publicis to run the pan-European accounts for Hewlett-Packard, Whirlpool and Pentax.

In 1999, he was invited to set up a European operation for Odiorne Wilde Narraway + Partners, the global Agency of Record for Electronic Arts.

Prior to joining Sponge, Phil spent three years as a consultant helping companies re-align their marketing structures and strategies to deliver more fully integrated communications solutions.
