Yup, it’s that time in the marketing cycle again.

The battle for brand association and customer activation around the FIFA World Cup will be just as compelling as anything that’ll happen on the pitches of South Africa.

(OK, that’s not strictly true – but we like to take ourselves seriously here at Sponge.)

Quick out of the blocks is McCoy’s with their ‘Are You A Real Fan ?’ competition. 10 lucky people will win a fantastic, football-themed trip overseas; plus there’s a footie ‘survival kit’ to be won every 90 minutes.
