Royal Navy ‘Get The Message’ campaign scoops three awards
The Royal Navy’s ‘Get The Message’ campaign won three accolades at this year’s Y Design Awards, which were held at the Royal Festival Hall in London on 19th September.
The campaign was created by digital agency Glue, with the mobile video element provided by Sponge.
Featuring a series of video clips which could be personalised online and then sent to a mobile handset, Get The Message won Best Technical Achievement, Best Application and Best Not-for-profit Campaign.
The recruitment ads were aimed at 15-24 year olds, showing the variety of jobs the Royal Navy offers.
Get The Message also received a commendation in the ‘Best Interactive Campaign’ category of the recent Campaign Digital Awards.
